To celebrate the Orange Elks winning the All-American Lodge Contest for the tenth time in the last twelve years, the lodge planned a celebration dinner.
The term "All American", in Elkdom and in our society means that you are the best that you can be. Our lodge earned this award because of our lodge officers, the committee chairmen, the members, spouses and our friend’s hard work. Terrie and Marilyn display the award.
So, planning a Celebration Dinner was no problem. Our kitchen crew planned and prepared a menu of BBQ tri tip, chicken, corn on the cob, potato salad, a dinner roll and a delicious dessert.
The Orange Elks won the award by supporting the Programs of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, working closely with our Community Partners, conducting successful programs.
Music and dancing ended a very enjoyable evening.
