Each year the Orange Elks Lodge celebrates Flag Day and this year was no different. Master of Ceremonies Don Westerfield’s program was enthusiastic, patriotic, foot stomping and lots of singing highlighted the evening.

The program started with a film narrated by Johnny Cash giving a tribute to the flag followed by The Pledge of Allegiance and the singing of the National Anthem . Our lodge officers presented a history of each of our eight flags.  Our guest speaker Robin Williams, by video, made a presentation on “As the American Flag”. The evening ended with the singing of the “Grand Old Flag” and “Proud to be an American”.
