If it’s December, it is Hoop Shoot time! Each year for the last twenty, the Orange Elks have held the Hoop Shoot Competition.

This year the event was held at The Boys & Girls Club of Orange where over thirty five boys and girls checked in.

The Hoop Shoot is a free throw contest. Each participant warms up and then is scored on how many baskets are made out of twenty five. It is broken down into six groups boys and girls 8 – 9, 10 -11 and 12 – 13. The first, second and third place winners will advance to the District Level next month. They will receive their trophy at our Youth Appreciation Night in May.
