Trace, the committee chairmen, started The Reading Promise provided a book bag and a new book into the hands of at-risk or low-income child in the city of Orange. These are kindergarten through 4th graders from Title 1 Elementary Schools in the Orange Unified School District. The child makes a promise to read and cherish the book. This is the third event that the Orange Public Library has hosted. Our Community Partners.
