The New Year’s Eve dinner has been changed from steak & shrimp, to prime rib & shrimp.  We believe that we can better control the quality and consistency of the dinner by serving prime rib.  In addition, we will be offering Macadamia Nut Chicken & Shrimp if you do not want prime rib.
