Michael O’Donoghue, Orange Elks member and past Scouting Chairman for the Orange Elks Lodge Boy Scout Troop #1475, presided over the Court of Honor for Robert Alexander Loustaunau. Robert is the seventh Eagle Scout for the troop since 2006.  The Eagle Scout Court of Honor is the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers to Scouts. Robert is a member of Boy Scout Troop 1475, chartered by the Orange Elks Lodge 1475. He earned 26 merit badges and successfully completed a community project to earn his Eagle Scout Award.  He chose a construction project in a regional county park.  He designed and built a Fire Danger Level Fire Board at Caspers Wilderness Park in San Juan Capistrano, CA. He has served as Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leader with the Boy Scouts, and earned the Arrow of Light. Attending Villa Park H S, he was active in the schools Marching Band, was the Drum Major, in the Villa Park High School Music Program, Irvine Classical Chamber Orchestra, Orange County Youth Symphonic Orchestra, Girl Scout Day Camp Volunteer and is currently a Music Major at Chapman University.  He is the son of Lori Lane and Larry Loustaunau.
