The Eagle Scout Court of Honor is the highest honor the Boy Scouts of America offers. Daniel received many congratulation letters from people all over the United States, a U S flag flown over the capital and a certificate from the Orange Lodge and the Grand Lodge.
Daniels’s positions in the troop included Patrol Leader, Assistant Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Order of the Arrow and Order of the Arrow Activities Coordinator Officer. In his acceptance, he mentioned that he attained this award through the guidance, support and assistance of those present – his scoutmaster, fellow scouts, his parents, family, friends, and members of the community. The proudest was his Scout Master Monty Miller, his dad!
