The Mayor Visits the Orange Lodge
Orange Mayor Carolyn Cavecche visited the Orange Elks Lodge # 1475 to make a special presentation. The mayor presented a Proclamation to ER Mark Walker and the Orange Lodge. The proclamation recognized the lodge for service to the community, the scholarships given, support to the Veterans, our involvement to our scout programs, the Christmas Basket project and to the giving to the youth of our city. She made a special mention about our support to the Orange Police Department in donating three police dogs to the K-9 Unit and the delivery of dictionaries to every third grader in the Orange Unified School District. The Mayor thanked the Lodge for being a cornerstone to the City and a pillar of the American ideals in the community.
