A strong belief of the Elks is “As long as there is a Vet, the Elks will never forget". Over the years, the our lodge has helped with Christmas parties at the Long Beach Veterans Hospital, sent packages to our troops over seas, given scholarships to our veterans, supported the Broadway and Manor houses and helped in the Stand Downs to name a few. This year the Orange Elks Veterans Committee took it one step farther and supported the military families children. The lodge is helping make a wish come true for children of Marine and Navy enlistees. The Orange Lodge donated $1300 to help purchase 20 bikes and helmets for the children of those men and women who have given us so much freedom for their service to our country.
