Each year Major League Baseball picks a non profit to donate money to before the All Star Game. This year, it was Mary’s Kitchen.
"Rebuilding Together Orange County, Major League Baseball, several organizations (including the Orange Elks) helped to do just that.
Mary’s Kitchen which feeds the homeless and those in need has seen a tremendous increase in the number of meals served each day.
The improvements include two new building units, a ramp for the disabled and other projects. These new changes will help to increase the numbers of meals served to over 400.
