The Orange Elks (Elks) and the Orange Emblem (Emblem) have programs during the year that are aimed at our young people in the city of Orange. The programs provide Drug Awareness information, awards for best videos, essays and posters about drug and alcohol use. We hand out of Dictionaries to the third graders and Constitution and About Our Flag booklets to the fifth graders. We award scholarships to high school seniors, and we have programs to support Title One schools. We work with the GRIP program. The Orange Elks and the Orange Emblem were honored to receive the Orange Unified School District (OUSD) Community Partner EDGE Award.

The award recognizes and honors an organization in the community that supports the OUSD. This honors the valuable partnership with the Elks and OUSD.
