Michael O’Donoghue, Orange Elks member and past Scout Master for the Orange Elks Lodge Boy Scout Troop #1475, presided over the Court of Honor for Paul Julian Harnack. Paul is the eighth Eagle Scout for our troop since 2006. The Eagle Scout Court of Honor is the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers. Paul’s accomplishments include 31 merit badges, Arrow of Light , Order of the Arrow, Troop Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol leader. For his project, he designed and built an auxiliary cart and bass boxes for the Orange High School Pantherguard Unit. His best memories in scouting are the Grass Valley Summer Camps. In high school Paul was involved in the band and a member of the National Honor Society. His hobbies include playing the guitar, reading and video games. He will be attending Chapman University and studying Software Engineering. Paul is a doer and not a talker and gets the job done! He received a certificate from the lodge and a U S flag.
