Our Chairman of the Board, Oscar Garza, and I will be holding a meeting tomorrow, April 25 at 6p to discuss best practices in regards to event planning and budgeting as we kick off the new Elks year. This meeting is intended for all Officers, Committee Chairmen, and other folks who will be hosting events this year through the Lodge. I do recognize that this is short notice, and I thank you in advance for squeezing it in.
